Recently, relationship rumors involving BTS‘s Jimin and actress Song Da Eun were brought front and center due to the actress’s Instagram posts.
This is not the first time rumors about the two have arisen, but some may wonder who Song Da Eun is exactly.
Song Da Eun, born in 1991, is an actress who made her drama debut with a small in the 2011 series Can’t Live With Losing. She appeared in other small roles in dramas like Hold My Hand and the 2014 TV movie Illegal Parking.
In 2018, the actress appeared on the dating show Heart Signal 2, where she quickly gained popularity. Her increased popularity led to increased offers, including her working as an advertisement model for several brands that same year.
She also entered a relationship with co-star Jung Jae Ho, which lasted for around five months before they broke up.
Shortly after, Song Da Eun’s prior employment at a club called Monkey Museum resurfaced, with a former reporter claiming she was heavily involved in the Burning Sun Scandal in 2021.
The reporter alleged that she had come to him asking for his opinions on the situation, and later lied, denying everything despite her close relationship with the club’s owner, ex-BIGBANG‘s Seungri.
Not long after this, her first dating rumors with BTS’s Jimin surfaced, with an anonymous post sharing “proof” the two were dating, including having couple necklaces.
