Olorunleke Ojo began his senior football career with Giwa FC in 2013. In his first season with the team, he played a key role in helping them win the Nigeria National League.

This victory earned Giwa FC a promotion to the Nigeria Professional Football League. On December 9, 2014, Ojo moved to Kano Pillars, where he continued to gain experience in the top tier of Nigerian football.

After a few years, he moved to Akwa United in 2017. This move proved to be a major milestone in his career. While at Akwa United, Ojo helped the team win the 2017 Nigeria Federation Cup.
