Recently, Kim Hye Yoon spoke to journalists about her rise in popularity. The Lovely Runner actress has soared to stardom thanks to her role in the international hit K-Drama.
During the interview, Kim Hye Yoon was asked about criticism aimed at her label over the actress’s lack of variety show appearances. Kim Hye Yoon revealed that she was taken aback by the controversy and defended her label.
I was taken aback. It reminded me again how popular this drama was. My fans have never done that before. I was doing as much as I could, though. The thing, is though, the variety shows need to ask for me, but nobody had asked for me at that time. We never rejected an offer (to appear on a show). If (variety shows) call me, I will appear on the show and go to the Hweshik (afterparty) too.
