As the HYBE Labels and ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin feud continues, a major development has been revealed that has netizens outraged.
It turns out that HYBE has already selected a new management team for ADOR, including a CEO, who will be leading the subsidiary as Min Hee Jin has done before now. Hee Jin hasn’t been removed from her position yet, but at an upcoming company shareholders’ meeting later this month, it’s expected that this will happen.
Since HYBE as a shareholder owns 80% stake in ADOR, they’ll likely use their voting rights in this position in order to remove Hee Jin from her position and instate the new team and CEO.
Additionally, the label is also expected to share the results of their audit into ADOR at this meeting, along with other evidence that will allegedly reveal that Min Hee Jin has been planning a coup for years. As a defense, Hee Jin will likely aim to disprove the claims against her and demand that HYBE honor the five-year CEO term agreement made by the shareholders previously.
