Along with her vocals, Ahyeon’s dancing has sparked majorly divided opinions from fans through fancams from recent concerts. On social media, videos of the idol dancing have led some netizens to accuse the idol of “over-dancing” compared to her members, making her stand out.

In particular, one of the group’s performances of their track “Like That” was recently shared on TikTok, focusing on Ahyeon.

When the video was posted, netizens pointed out that while Ahyeon was a great dancer, her way of dancing seemed rushed and stood out compared to the members. Although nobody was faulting her talent, they thought that as part of a group, she should try to dance in a way that looked cohesive.
Others defended the idol, saying she just had confidence and energy, showcasing her talent, and that Ahyeon shouldn’t be criticized for her dancing because it shows her “stage presence.”
