Disha Patani‘s rumoured romance with her ‘Kalki 2898 AD‘ co-star Prabhas is back in the headlines after the actress was seen sporting fresh ink.
The beauty, who plays the role of Roxi opposite Prabhas’ Bhairava in the Nag Ashwin directorial, raised eyebrows online when she was spotted with what appeared to be a new tattoo on her forearm. The tattoo displayed the initials ‘PD’, sparking curiosity among fans.
Although there is no confirmation about the authenticity of the image, it didn’t stop fans from having a little fun and playing a guessing game with viral post.Netizens began to speculate the significance of Disha’s new tattoo with some teasing her by drawing connections to her ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ co-star Prabhas, while others humorously suggested it stood for “Prabhas Darling.”

Another post suggested that the initials might simply be the initials of her name, Disha Patani (PD).
In the viral image, Disha looked stylish as always is seen in a crop top paired with white pants, accessorized with black sunglasses and a white bag.

The actress, who had a minimal role in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, also had the internet discussing her short screen time. While some took to their handles to claim that her role in the film was ‘unnecessary’, others guessed that the actress may just have a larger role to play in the upcoming sequel.

Last week, Kamal Haasan, who also plays an important role in the film, confirmed that a sequel is in the works and that 60% of the shoot has also been completed. Speaking about his short screen time, the veteran confirmed that the first part of the film, only acted as an introduction to his character and that he had a bigger part to play in the next instalment.

The sequel to ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ will reportedly arrive in 2027, director Nag Ashwin confirmed in a live chat with fans. Meanwhile, the film is continuing to rake in the big bucks at the box office. The film has so far, crossed the Rs 500 crore mark at the worldwide box office.
