The real estate data analytics firm Propstack provided access to property registration paperwork that revealed Bollywood star Tamannaah Bhatia had mortgaged three residential flats in Andheri West for Rs 7.84 crore and rented a commercial property in Mumbai’s affluent Juhu district for Rs 18 lakh a month.
The paperwork indicated that Nanavati Construction has rented the 6065 square feet of commercial space in Western Wind on Juhu Tara Road for a period of five years at a rental of Rs 18 lakh per month.The rent is scheduled to rise to Rs 20.16 lakh in the fourth year and Rs 20.96 lakh in the fifth. The paperwork indicated that it included apartments on the building’s ground floor and basement.
According to the records, the deal, which was registered on June 27, 2024, required a Rs 72 lakh security deposit, as per Hindustan Times report.
Meanwhile, according to the terms of the deal, the lender Indian Bank has acquired a mortgage for Rs 7.84 crore, which is secured by the three apartments in a residential building located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. According to the records, the transaction was registered on June 14, 2024, and Rs 4.7 lakh in stamp duty was paid.
According to the paperwork, the houses are situated in Andheri West’s Lokhandwala Complex and cover an area of 2595 square feet.
