A fan, trying to decode the story of the comedy caper, speculated that Vicky and Ammy’s characters would consider having a child via surrogacy, leading to confusion over whose child Triptii’s character is carrying.
The theory suggested an emotional journey where the trio decides to raise the child together, only to discover in the end that the child isn’t biologically related to either of them.
In response to this imaginative scenario, Vicky Kaushal humorously remarked, “Dharma ki film hai, Nolan ki nahi,” alluding to the fact that it’s a film produced by Dharma Productions, known for its dramatic narratives, rather than something crafted by Christopher Nolan. Karan Johar found Vicky’s response amusing and shared the interaction on his Instagram story with laughing emojis.
On the other hand, the Anand Tiwari directorial, starring Vicky Kaushal, Ammy Virk, and Triptii Dimri has already created a buzz on social media. Earlier, the makers dropped new posters for the film to announce the film trailer release date.
Karan Johar took to his Instagram handle to share a new poster for the film and revealed that the trailer for the film will be out tomorrow, June 28. Sharing the post, Karan wrote, “Yeh, one in a million nahi… one in a billion hai! See you tomorrow to find out more!
In the first poster, Triptii Dimri flaunts her baby bump in a black bodycon dress, with Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk standing on either side. Vicky looks dapper in a white shirt paired with a pink jacket and denim jeans, while Ammy looks uber cool in a yellow jacket and denim jeans.
In the second poster, Vicky and Ammy are hilariously trying to knock each other down, with pregnant Triptii in the middle. The poster reads, “Aap Dono Hi Baap Hain.”
The third poster provides details about the movie.
Meanwhile, it was announced that the film is from the makers of ‘Good Newzz’, which starred Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani, and Diljit Dosanjh. ‘Good Newzz’ was like a comedy of errors wherein Kareena and Kiara opt for pregnancy through an IVF procedure and the sperm of their husbands are exchanged!
‘Bad Newz’ is set to release on July 19.
