Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area. The property, located in a high-end building, cost him over Rs 9 crore.
According to property registration documents accessed and analyzed by SquareYards.com, the actor acquired this prestigious property for Rs 9.75 crore.
Aamir’s new property is ready-to-move-in and approximately 1,027 square feet (carpet area) in size.The transfer deed, finalized on June 25, incurred a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.The property is situated in Bella Vista Apartments, a luxurious residential building located in the affluent Pali Hill area of Mumbai. Renowned for its tranquil environment and lush landscapes, Pali Hill is among the city’s most prestigious and desirable residential neighborhoods.

In addition to his new property, Aamir already owns several units in both Bella Vista Apartments and Marina Apartments in Pali Hills. Interestingly, both Bella Vista and Marina Apartments are scheduled for redevelopment.
Aamir owns a spacious 5,000-square-foot sea-facing home in Bandra, spread across two floors. The apartment features minimalist interiors and includes a large open area ideal for hosting parties and gatherings.

In 2013, Aamir purchased a farmhouse in Panchgani worth Rs 7 crore, spanning 2 acres. Additionally, he has made significant investments in commercial properties. Reports suggest he owns 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.
Aamir Khan’s last film, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha,’ faced disappointment at the box office. However, his latest production, ‘Laapata Ladies,’ received positive feedback. On the acting front, he is currently occupied with ‘Sitaare Zameen Par,’ slated for a Christmas release this year.
