Rohit Saraf who made his debut with Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar starrer ‘The Sky Is Pink’, is now considered an internet sensation. The girls from the Gen Z have a crush on him, more so, after ‘Mismatched’ and now ‘Ishq Vishq Rebound‘ which released recently. During a conversation with ETimes, Rohit said he’s really grateful to be where he is.He is living his dream but it’s a scary place to be.
Rohit said, “I’m very satisfied with my journey so far, but yet I’m not satisfied for where I want to be. I’m not taking away from the fact that I’m come this far. It means the world to me. I feel there is a lot of scope of improvement and I’ll be able to learn that as the time goes. This year I’ve been creatively very satisfied because I’ve been able to do the kind of work which I’ve really longed to do. At the same time, I’m very scared. One dreams and that’s amazing but to live the dream, one needs courage for that. As you grow as an individual, the responsibilities grow too but to be able to stand up and prove yourself every time, it requires courage.”
Being a part of ‘Ishq Vishq Rebound’ is also a big thing for Rohit. He told us, he was 7 years old when Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘Ishq Vishq’ released. He spoke about the memories he has of the film and added, “I didn’t see it when I was 7 years old as the film released. I saw it much later. But we started thinking of romance in a different way after ‘Ishq Vishq’ released. I was obsessed with songs and how incredible a dancer Shahid Kapoor is. It’s actors like Shahid sir and Hrithik sir (Hrithik Roshan) who have inspired an entire generation to learn dancing. I can say that for myself. I wanted to learn dancing after watching how incredible they were and I wanted it for myself.”
‘Ishq Vishq’ also saw the debut of Hrithik’s cousin Pashmina Roshan along with Jibraan Khan, was seen as a child artist in ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’.
