Luv had also commented on his father Shatrughan Sinha‘s tendency to give people the “benefit of the doubt”, even when he knows they are not acting in good faith. “Pitaji bohot acchi tarah pehchaan lete hain par unka ek gunn (quality) hai ki voh benefit of doubt dete hain saamne wale ko. Kayi baar voh jaante bhi hain ki saamne wala sahi nahi kar raha hai, but he’ll let it slide.”
Despite the rumors, Sonakshi’s parents, Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha, were present at the wedding to bless the couple.
