The excitement for Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal‘s wedding is at its peak! The couple will kickstart the wedding festivity with a registered marriage, followed by a grand celebration at a restaurant in Mumbai.
Amidst buzz about the Sinha family not being happy about the wedding, Shatrughan Sinha‘s close friend Shashi Ranjan confirmed to ETimes that the wedding preparations are going smooth.“She is getting married to the man with whom she is in love with. Everybody is participating, Shatru ji’s brothers are also coming from America for the wedding. The registered marriage will take place at Zaheer Iqbal’s house,” confirmed Shashi.
Blessing the couple, he added, “We are very happy, Anushka and Sonakshi have grown up together. It is a very happy moment for me and the family.”
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding celebrations will begin with a Haldi ceremony at the former’s house. The couple will host friends and family members on June 23 at Bastian – At the Top in Mumbai. The dress code for this occasion is “festive and formals”.
