According to a report by Ten Asia, J-Hope secured a duplex unit in the prestigious Afer Hangang penthouse complex located in Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The expansive unit spans 273.86 square meters across two floors, underscoring his investment in luxury living.
The transaction, reportedly finalized on June 10, saw J-Hope take full ownership of the property he was allocated back in 2020. Valued at approximately 12 billion KRW, equivalent to around $8.6 million USD, the Afer Hangang penthouse exemplifies top-tier residential offerings in Seoul. Designed by renowned architect Professor Yoo Hyun Joon of Hongik University, the complex boasts 26 units ranging from 205.84 to 273.94 square meters, spread from the 5th basement to the 10th floor above ground.
