On its first Wednesday alone, ‘Inside Out 2’ achieved a record-breaking $30 million, the highest midweek opening for an animated movie and the third-highest for any film, trailing only ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ which earned $38 million and ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ which earned $32.2 million.Domestically, the film has earned $235.4 million, while international markets have contributed $203.3 million, bringing the total to $438.7 million as of Wednesday.
