After being a successful actor for more than a decade now and also turning producer, Alia Bhatt recently turned an author of a children’s book. Alia announced the launch of her book and dedicated it to her daughter Raha Kapoor. Alia’s note with the book read, “To my baby girl, Raha. This, and everything I do, is all for you.”
Meanwhile, in a recent interview, the actress spoke about Raha’s influence on the book.The actress said that she reads out stories to Raha every night. Alia told Midday, that all children’s books have this innocent and magical quality to them with a lot of sentiments. The actress added that when she made the final draft and when the book was sent for printing, she thought again about her own experiences and changed things last minute.
Alia said, “That I did after going through the experience of reading every night to my own daughter. So I changed a lot of things last minute because of the experience that I’m currently going through.” The ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ actress revealed that her own experience with Raha during story-telling deepened her process of understanding and helped largely in the book.
On movie front, Alia is currently prepping for her movie with YRF spy universe which will see her doing a lot of action. It sees her with Sharvari Wagh. The actress has wrapped up her home production ‘Jigra’ which also has ‘The Archies’ star Vedang Raina.
