Coming back to Sonakshi-Zaheer’s wedding, here’s recalling the time when Sonakshi revealed that her father doesn’t want her to leave his house. Rather, he wants to bring her husband to their house. Sonakshi had said this during a chat with Simi Garewal on her show, ‘India’s most desirable’. The ‘Dabangg’ actress had said, “Every father is concerned when his daughter is concerned. I’m the apple of his eyes and he has pampered me so much. He wants to make a house where I can get my husband. He doesn’t want to let me go away to my husband’s house. He wants to bring my husband to our house.”
During the same chat, Poonam added, “He’s as conservative as any father can be, but I would say, it’s much more. Coming from the background he has, he is quite conservative about her.”
Shatrughan had said, “We don’t want to find a son-in-law for her, we want to find another son who stays with us.”
Meanwhile, reacting to Sonakshi’s wedding rumours, Shatrughan Sinha told Times Of India, “Ek hi to beti hai meri…Time will tell. She will always have my blessings.”
