After the movie, she returned to MTV, fell in love, and moved to Thailand to host shows for MTV Asia, eventually relocating to Hong Kong.She reflected that leaving India four years after Ishq Vishk was not the best career decision, attributing her actions to her love life.

She also commented on the latest version of the Chot Dil Pe Lagi song, originally featuring her and Shahid. Shenaz mentioned that she found the new rendition cute and nostalgic, expressing her best wishes for the new actors in Ishq Vishk Rebound. She is eager to see the film and plans to watch it.
