‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’: CBFC blurs middle finger visuals from the Rohit Saraf starrer | Hindi Movie News



Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari‘s ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound‘ starring Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibraan Khan, and Naila Grrewal is one of the most anticipated movies of 2024.
The recently released trailer has already created a buzz on social media. Now, the fans are waiting for ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ to create magic on the big screens. Adding more excitement, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) granted a U/A certificate to the rom-com with two modifications.
As per Bollywood Hungama, Rohit Saraf starrer ”Ishq Vishk Rebound’ was granted a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with two modifications. The Examining Committee of the CBFC asked the makers to blur the middle finger visuals. Secondly, a disclaimer on alcohol consumption was displayed at the bottom of the screen in all liquor-related scenes.
Speaking about the runtime of ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’, the film, as mentioned on the censor certificate, is 106 minutes. In other words, its run time is just 1 hour, 46 minutes. Reportedly, this makes it the shortest significant Hindi film in a long time.
The report further stated that in recent times, there have been several films with a duration of 110 minutes or less, such as Raksha Bandhan (2022; 110 minutes), Dhokha: Round D Corner (2022; 108 minutes), and Kuttey (2023; 108 minutes). Zwigato (2023) had a runtime of 105 minutes, making it one minute shorter than Ishq Vishk Rebound, but it had a limited release. The last major release shorter than Ishq Vishk Rebound was the Sunny Singh-starrer Jai Mummy Di (2020), which ran for 103 minutes and was shown on around 750–800 screens.
The film is slated to release on June 21.
