Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu who tied the knot in 2016 are now parents to a beautiful baby girl. They’re proving to be such doting parents and fans love it when they share moments with their daughter on social media. In a recent interview, Karan has spoken about how they are hands-on when it comes to taking care of daughter Devi Basu Singh Grover, despite having a nanny.So much so, that Karan makes sure he changes her diapers and cleans her potty himself and not make the nanny do it. He also revealed the reason behind it.
The actor revealed in a chat with Instant Bollywood, “We have help; we have a nanny, but we waited so long and we tried so hard.” Karan further added, “Let me say that I have washed her potty, every potty, for many month. It’s our baby. I don’t want anybody to wash my baby’s bum. I’ll wash it because I prayed for it and she is here. I don’t want to share it or lose that experience for anything.”
Earlier Bipasha had revealed that Devi was diagnosed with VSD (ventricular septal defect) when she was three months old. She had said that in a chat with Neha Dhupia, further revealing, “I did not sleep for 40 days and 40 nights. I am not lying. I swear on God.”
Devi had two holes in her heart but she underwent a surgery post which she is absolutely fine now.
Karan was last seen in ‘Fighter‘ alongside Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi and Sanjeeda Sheikh.
