Anupam Kher once again displayed his deep admiration for Rajinikanth during their meeting in Delhi for Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s swearing-in ceremony. In a recent video shared by the Saaransh actor, he walked alongside Rajinikanth and hailed him as ‘God’s gift to mankind’. The footage captured Anupam turning his front camera towards Rajinikanth, exclaiming, “The one and only, Mr.Rajini-the-kanth! The one and only! The God’s gift to mankind! Waah (wow)!” Rajinikanth, with a smile, acknowledged Anupam’s praise and glanced at the camera.

As soon as Kher posted the video, fans showered immense love on the two. One fan expressed, “Yes, God’s gift indeed, one of my favorite actors.” Another fan remarked, “Undoubtedly so. And how humble he is!” A sentiment echoed by others, labeling them “Two legends.” Another comment emphasized, “True sir. He truly is a gift.”

Rajinikanth graced Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony as India’s Prime Minister. Speaking to reporters at the airport before departing for Delhi, he acknowledged the significance of the event, stating, “I am going to take part in the swearing-in ceremony… It is a very historic event… Assuming office for the third consecutive term is Narendra Modi’s big achievement, my hearty greetings to him. People have elected a robust opposition which is a healthy sign for democracy.”
While on Anupam Kher, he recently condemned the altercation at Chandigarh airport, where CISF woman constable Kulwinder Kaur slapped actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut. Expressing solidarity with Kangana, Kher described the incident as “very unfortunate,” especially given the involvement of security personnel.

In an interview with Instant Bollywood, Kher stressed the need for handling such grievances differently, stating, “It’s very unfortunate. It shouldn’t have happened especially from someone who is a security personnel. Jo bhi grievances hai usko alag tarike se pesh karne chahiye. I feel women of India should react to it, not just because Kangana is an MP, but she is also a woman.”
