Director Shankar’s magnum opus ‘Indian 2‘ starring Kamal Haasan in the lead is gearing up for release soon. With the release around the corner, the audio launch of the film happened earlier on Saturday. Meanwhile, actress Kajal Aggarwal, who is part of the sequel has revealed that she is a huge fan of Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala, who played the leading lady in the original 1996 film.
Taking to her social media, Kajal Aggarwal said that she is forever a fan of Manisha Koirala from ‘Indian’. Interestingly though, Kajal Aggarwal will not be seen in ‘Indian 2’, but will be seen in ‘Indian 3’.

The pretty actress responded to Gulshan Grover’s post, thanking Manisha Koirala for wishing him for being a part of ‘Indian 2’ playing the antagonist. Kajal Aggarwal had been training in Kalaraipayattu for the film and had also trained horse riding for her preparations for the film. A sequel to the blockbuster vigilante thriller of the same name, ‘Indian 2’ will see Kamal Haasan returning as the freedom fighter Senapathy.
Produced by Lyca Productions, the film has a huge star cast which includes Priya Bhavani Shankar, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Delhi Ganesh and Bobby Simha playing pivotal characters in the film. Anirudh Ravichander will be scoring music for the film.
