Bollywood’s ace filmmaker Hansal Mehta is not afraid of giving it back to trolls. Recently, the filmmaker took to social media and delivered a witty yet solid response to a troll.
Taking to Twitter, Hansal Mehta boldly responded to a troll who shared a picture of him and his wife. The troll wrote, “Who is this s**mbag in this liplock photo?”
Hansal Mehta gave a straightforward response, writing, “Your trolling won’t work… it’s a man kissing his wife, expressing love publicly.Not pushing a woman, displaying misogyny in public.”
Recently, Hansal Mehta slammed Telugu star Nandamuri Balakrishna, branding him a scumbag‘. Balakrishna had attended a pre-release event for Anjali’s upcoming film, ‘Gangs of Godavari’. A video from the event, now viral, captured Balakrishna pushing Anjali aside on stage after she couldn’t hear him.
Hansal asked, “Who is this scumbag?” while sharing the video of the incident.

For those unaware, the incident took place earlier this week as Nandamuri Balakrishna joined Anjali and her co-stars Vishwak Sen and Neha Shetty from ‘Gangs of Godavari’ on stage. Balakrishna’s action of pushing Anjali aside left Neha visibly shocked.
However, the action was condemned by numerous other social media users as well. One user wrote, “It’s crazy how so many people give him a free pass by saying sht like ‘it’s just balayya.'” Another user commented, “A talented actress treated like sh*t.”
On the work front, Hansal Mehta is working on a biopic about Mahatma Gandhi. Pratik Gandhi and his wife Bhamini Oza are set to portray Gandhi and Kasturba Gandhi.
