At each of the three shows, Swift added an extra song from TTPD, performing them acoustically.
On Friday, she played ‘Peter’ on the piano; on Saturday, she played ‘Guilty as Sin’ on the guitar; and on Sunday, she performed ‘How Did It End?’ acoustically.
Swift’s latest addition, ‘Female Rage: The Musical,’ includes seven songs from TTPD. She first introduced this part of her setlist in Paris and has since trademarked the title.
Each night in Stockholm began with a new intro mashup where Swift sang “The Tortured Poets Department” along with other album titles before launching into her 46-song setlist.
During the TTPD segment, she performed “But Daddy I Love Him,” followed by “So High School,” which is about her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who attended her show in Paris. She continued with “Down Bad,” “Fortnight,” “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” and “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” ending with “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart.”
After these songs, she played the bonus TTPD songs and included surprise mashups: “I Think He Knows/Gorgeous” on May 17, “Say Don’t Go/Welcome to New York/Clean” on May 18, and “Message in a Bottle/How You Get the Girl/New Romantics” on May 19.
Taylor Swift’s shows in Sweden were record-breaking. At her first show, she announced, “You have made this the most highly attended show ever in this stadium. You broke the all-time attendance record.” The previous record at Friends Arena was 58,163 people, set in 2019 during the Avicii Tribute Concert.
Swift will finish her May tour dates with two shows in Portugal and two in Spain. The Eras Tour will continue across Europe all summer, concluding in London in August. After Europe, Swift will perform in Toronto and Vancouver before returning to the U.S. for more shows.
