Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt became parents to a baby girl in November 2022 and for a year, the duo did not reveal their baby’s face. The duo always maintained that they were protective parents and were not ready yet to show their baby girl’s face to the world. Hence, they had also requested the paparazzi to not click Raha.
In a recent interview with Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan’s son Arhaan Khan, a paparazzo, Sneh Zala, revealed the understanding they had with Ranbir and Alia regarding Raha’s photo.He shared, “Ranbir and Alia told us that even if we happen to click a picture of Raha where her face is visible, we should hide it by using an emoticon. But we didn’t do that, we wouldn’t click her picture at all, she is a baby. That was something we always maintained. Even during Taimur, though Saif and Kareena never asked us not to – we would avoid filming certain visuals, like him going to school with his nanny.”
He spoke about how the paps have never crossed that line of privacy when a celebrity has said no to click a picture. However, when finally Ranbir and Alia revealed Raha’s face to the world, it was a huge moment. He added, “The internet broke when Raha’s face was revealed. On Twitter, Alia, Ranbir and Raha, all three were trending on the same day! It was a big dhamaka for us.”

Alia’s father Mahesh Bhatt had praised the paps for understanding the need for their privacy. Though, he was “quite amazed” to see how comfortable Raha was in front of the camera.
